2021, Covid and the future of retail merchandise.

To our valued business partners, prospective partners, and anyone whom believes in us or is curious about us-


2021 will be an interesting year for retail, business in general, and online shopping platforms. 2020 was certainly a period of time that online shopping soared. Due to the coronavirus, Covid 19, or whatever you would like to refer it to, many online companies soared in this atmosphere. We saw companies like Shopify, Zoom, Big Commerce and others just absolutely kill it. Where does that leave the future of online stores and online shopping. Most certainly once the virus vacates and slows down we should see a movement back to some traditional and previous ways of life. I do think that the effect that a pandemic will leave, will trickle on for many years and the effects will be significant. We will live in a world that will most certainly be more alert and aware of personal hygiene, unnecessary contact, as well as meetings that can be conducted online rather than in person and i certainly believe this holds true for shopping. We were not set up and ready and placed to capitalize on the unfortunate events pushing retail, for all practical purposes, online. But two elements to our business should continue to be successful elements for a time to come. Those are QR code advertising and online, direct shipment, no contact sales and fundraising. This is the future of fundraising and we believe to be one of the pioneers of the full-scale online stores. We like to think of Hassle Free as the same thing as Shopify only that we provide all of the products, fulfill the orders, and take care of every element of online store customization. We have seen a couple of companies doing similar things but only dialed into one category and from analyzing the three other companies we believe to hold strategic advantages on all of them. Our model is different. We can promise that. More personalized attention and interaction. This is absolutely about so much more to us than selling merchandise. We want to leverage that into helping be your marketing partners and a resource. We believe that we can use our many years of sales and marketing and couple it with new technologies to create an old school meets new school. With employees from every generation, we can and will work with anyone. Our goal is always to be cutting edge, innovative, and to integrate new ideas into our portfolio of services. We may not be the most efficient or micro. Those things will certainly come later. Our growth strategy focuses on accommodating and impressing to a high degree so that our customers sing our praises to others. Word of mouth advertising, placing permanent marketing assets within the physical customer locations and on customer websites/social platforms will create the atmosphere that we need to propel Hassle Free Stores to the next level. Without giving away too many ideas or trade secrets here is a sneak peak of some of the things that you can look forward to as a partner, affiliate, or fan of Hassle Free Stores:

Proprietary design database- soon we will have design banks that are category specific and which can be chosen by the client to add to their store to compliment putting the company logos to the products. This will give an opportunity for some additional sales while providing catchy and fun merchandise for the partner’s customers, staff, and vendor partners.

Increased bar/restaurant category presence- with our team having many years of expertise in this category it will certainly be of an asset to your marketing strategy. Offering sales consulting from our years of experience and having built a network of assets, we will have affiliate partners spreading the word of the FREE value added service. This will be done through the three largest foodservice distributors in the United States with potentially other regional distributors as well. We will then take this model into other categories. This formulation will be done through our sales team- The Aces! And our category managers- The Craftmasters! The master’s of their craft and those with the greatest of networks will propel us to the next level. So you’re sitting there thinking….”So what? What does that matter to me.” The truth is the more stability we have, the more information we have, and the number of resources that we conjure up, the better it is for all of our partner’s utilizing our marketing asset. With growth, we secure better prices which means the same for yourself.

We are dialing in on more suppliers to add to our plethora of around 80 suppliers whom provide us with 1200 products that include, DTG, Screen, Flex, Flock, Embroidery, Engraving, Sublimation, as well as other less-used methods of marking.

We are focused on adding category specific products based on what we are hearing from our partners and what is being requested. You as the partner-client know your staff and customers better than any marketing research firm could ever know, in our opinion. So we strive to be like sales sponges and soak up any bit of information or hot button detail that you can provide for us.

We have some other similar projects in the works that will be branded as child brands to our parent brand, Hassle Free Stores. These will be mini subsets of products that may be desired as programs on their own or coupled with our regular or custom sub sets of products.

We are sprinkling sales seeds all over the United States. We have strategic advertising plans in place which will launch soon and we hope to reach more and more people every day. Iowa is where we started and it is near and dear to our heart. We have around 250 business store partners, with the majority of them coming from Iowa. We have gone beyond the state lines and have a couple dozen outside of Iowa. We have keyed in on four other states, in addition to everything in the midwest. Through connections and distribution channels this may be increasingly heightened by our ability to leverage the networks to spread to all 50 states rapidly. We continue to recruit members of the Sales Aces and The Craftmasters daily. We are very selective in our choices. We look for exuberant personalities whom love to sell this product with ever-present desires. Hassle Free Stores wants Sales Aces and Craftmasters whom primarily seek involvement to enrich the lives of others in their large networks that they know could benefit from this. As far as The Craftmasters go, we seek experts of categories. For example a Police Chief to be the consultant, point person, and category director for the Police Category. This provides insight as far as what products sell the best, which products to stock, what designs people like, how to support market the stores, recruitment of prospects within the category, networking, trade show involvement, and many other things. We believe this elite grouping of people within their industries provides a top down method of using networks to spread the word of the unique and free service. With the only full scope, industry spanning, on demand platform we feel good about where we are positioned and what we continually strive to do to understand the niches of merchandising and the category niches and the specific things that are important to each category. That goes for merchandise and beyond to the principals that the partner models their primary business after.

We look forward to 2021 and to see how it affects the consumer behavior within the merchandising categories. We believe more than ever that simple and digital methods will be present and soar. Earlier this year, we analyzed a large market and took the top 200 prospects in our opinion and only 3 of them had anything for sale online. We could hardly believe it. How could that be? We would been completely shocked to hear that customers and were not asking if these things were available. And to confirm our predictions, operator partners did confirm time and time again that they were being asked these questions and had several inquires. But why? For one, most of them do not even have anything available for purchase in the physical realm. And the reasoning for that is HASSLES. To do merchandise and provide any degree of variety, one has to outlay a great deal of cash. Also it becomes extremely difficult to try to predict what sizes, styles, or designs will be ordered. Our platform provides the ability to put together thousands of combinations, varieties, and choices. Customers love choices. Where as we do believe in keeping it simple to a degree, choices are what create the orders of five to ten items. When there is a lack of that, it is one or two. Regardless of the pandemic and the tough year of 2020, we will continue to strive to get to know our clientele and prospect portfolio’s wants and desires better and better everyday and will be continually improving and innovating. Successful companies adjust their sails to consumer behaviors and technologies to ensure years of stable and increased sales. Adjust sails for sales.
